Tonight on The Big One, guess who's back? Back again? Ad Lad's back, tell a friend to go sic the hounds on him because who in the nine hells drops his series like a wet potato for nine months you fu-
Ahem. Anyway.
So yeah. Been away for a long long while. Had to put this on hiatus for the better part of the year, partly because of school and partly because of writer's block, but at long last, I finally managed to finish the grand finale of Chapter One. Speaking of which, I started this series with a grand vision of adapting the entire main story up to VF, but uh, seeing as I spent two years (holy fuck) hobbling along with just one chapter, that's probably not gonna happen. In fact, this might be the last you see of the main StMO story, as I frankly think I'm about done with this whole BA fanfic thing. That said, this has nevertheless been an incredible journey for me, so before I go, thank you thank you thank you to everybody that read however much of this series you did. I know it can be a little rough around the edges at times (none of the episodes were proofread, mind you), but it's kinda personal for me that I could post my stuff online and have people genuinely like it. So while I get Part II up, thanks again! :D
Day 13 -- Operation Babylon
-- Briefing --
I told Rin I'd head back home once I'm done at the range.
I lied.
Everybody here?
Gathered in the Schale meeting room are all the units taking part in tomorrow's raid:

Iroha
*yawn* Yup.
Papa 2, a Gehennian armored unit headed by none other than Natsume Iroha, Pandemonium's resident tank commander;
![]()
Hifumi
Yes!
Baptist 1, a Trinitian artillery unit whose leadership is entrusted to our very own Ajitani Hifumi;
Good.
And Orca Team, consisting of the FTF and myself. Also present are the crews of Havok 2-0 and Warlock 1-1, an IFV and attack helicopter respectively, both attached as fire support from the GSC.
Alright, people - welcome to Operation Babylon.
